The staff were very helpful. Pantea from guest relations was very kind. Ismail was also amazing. The location is super. It is very close to Osman bey station, about an 8-minute walk.

The shower water was warm, not hot. I wanted to use the spa, but it was closed on Mondays. I ordered a coffee to the room, but it never arrived. The room was small.

Every aspect exceeded my expectations. The breakfast selection delighted me, housekeeping maintained perfect standards, and the staff shone with attentiveness. Its position is perfect. Zoha's assistance reminded me of a warm welcome from home. Her language skills and readiness to help stood out. Hilal at the reception also offered invaluable help. This.

Though wonderful overall. I found the elevator a bit small! which sometimes led to short waits.
