I had a lovely stay at the hotel! The rooms were incredibly cozy with nice amenities like a CD/radio and TV. The service was top-notch with friendly and helpful staff. The location was convenient, giving easy access to popular spots like Taksim Square and the Sophia Mosque. While dining was good, the selection could be a bit more varied. Overall, a great value for the money.
The hotel sits on top of the building with full-height glazing offering stunning views of the Bosphorus and Istanbul conurbation. The rooms are well-interiored and very comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. The service, while generally helpful and polite, had some noise issues due to curtains on Times Square levels. The location is excellent, close to public transportation and various attractions. Dining options were a bit limited but featured delicious homemade sausages. Overall, a great value for comfortable accommodation with exceptional views.
The hotel offers fantastic rooms that had just the space I needed, but lacked places to hang towels or bathrobes in the bathroom. The view overlooks a busy street, which can be a downside. The service was very friendly and helpful, especially with Harun and Fatih assisting from the moment I arrived. The location is convenient for accessing Taksim Square and a short taxi ride to Sophia Mosque, though if you're after typical tourist sights, it might be a bit out of the way. The dining experience was decent, with a slightly limited selection and no daily changes, but they were accommodating with omelettes and scrambled eggs. Overall, great for the price.
